You deserve to invest in yourself and your well-being. Counseling is an investment in yourself, not an expense. The counseling that Bridges of Grace Counseling, LLC provides reflects years of training and expertise. Fees are due at the time of service.
Counseling Fees
- Individual and family sessions (50 minute session) are $120/hr for Erin and $110/hr for Dawn.
- Sessions can be up to 90 minutes (billing for 1.5 hours based on fee)
- Group therapy sessions are $60 for a 90 minute group session with a minimum of three group members and a maximum of six participants.
Clinical Social Work Supervision Fees for Erin
- Individual social work supervision is $50 per hour.
- Group social work supervision is $30 per hour with a minimum of 3 individuals in the group and a maximum group of 5 social workers/interns.
Payment
Payment can be made with cash, check, credit/debit card or HSA card through Square Up or Therapy Notes. For electronic billing, name, email and credit card information will be required.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Health Insurance Policy
I do not work with managed care health insurance programs and will not be in-network if you have commercial or managed care health insurance.
You may have out of network health insurance benefits. You can contact your insurer for more information about out of network benefits and how to get reimbursed for the care you paid for which was out of network. For individuals with out of network health insurance benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill which notes the type of service received and the fee for the service. A Superbill does not include any other information about the services or reasons that the client is receiving care. Clients can submit the Superbill to their insurer for an out of network reimbursement. The insurer then sends the out of network reimbursement check directly to the client.
